Rodney Knott, Executive Director of ReEngage, Incorporated has consulted with the University of Missouri Kansas City to create a new approach to workforce development training. By combining responsible manhood and work ethics training we believe that we can now provide training to a population that has been under-served and difficult to engage, fatherless males and the reentry population are a couple that come to mind. We believe that this approach will offer success to those who are willing to fully participate in this training.

Rodney Knott is a local leader and resource in fatherhood initiatives in Kansas City. Mr. Knott has an extensive background in working with men and juveniles in both Kansas City, MO and KS, Atlanta, and St. Louis. He helps people recognize and exercise their hidden personal talents by providing support and confidence to overcome obstacles. This leads to an opportunity for success in the workplace for these participants. Mr. Knott has presented his vision for the need for fatherhood training and man building to large and small groups including city, state, and federal officials, The Kiwanis, The National Center for Fathering, The National Fatherhood Initiative, Truman Behavioral Health, the Housing Authority, the AFL-CIO Building & Construction Trades and many others.
